Mia's First Christmas
We'll have a more in depth account of our travels and Mia's experience with Christmas later, but I just wanted to get a post up with pictures from our trip. Video to come a bit later.

The rocking horse is 58 yrs. old. It was Gordon’s Christmas present in 1948. Gordon refinished it in 1962 and gave it to Todd for his first Christmas. Todd refinished it in 1973 and gave it to Chad for his first Christmas. It became Paco's in 1976 - his first Christmas. He has been patiently waiting for a new rider for the past 30 years! Grampa removed his old lead based paint, filled in the dents and holes from years of hard riding and the long wait in the attic. He got a fresh coat of brilliant red, white, and blue paint and was elated to be a part of yet another first Christmas. It’s good to be back on the trail again!
